The Life Recovery Building for Phoenix Rescue Mission is designed to support healing, restoration, and long-term transformation for men experiencing homelessness, addiction, and trauma. The project reflects the mission’s commitment to providing a safe, dignified, and supportive environment that fosters personal growth and community connection.
Structurally, project features 4 levels of prefab roof trusses and wood I-joist floor framing over wood framed walls over conventional concrete spread footing foundations with partial composite concrete-steel deck and wide flange beam pseudo podium system at level 1 and full height masonry stair shafts.
