The Australian-inspired steakhouse restaurant chain by Bloomin' Brands, Inc underwent a brand refresh and remodeling effort during the second decade of the 2000's. This renovation of the original building constructed in 2002 took the original architecture and dilapidated finishes and remade them to a more modern standard by the design and construction teams. Structurally, project features cold-formed steel stud framing to marry new wall, parapet and canopy structures to the existing wood framed roof and walls. Existing structures was reused wherever possible to limit budget impact and allow construction of the refreshed look to occur at multiple sites.
