TransPak’s Litchfield Park facility serves as a strategic logistics and packaging hub in the West Valley of the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Located at 16800 W. Glendale Avenue, the facility supports industrial and manufacturing clients across Arizona and the Southwest with efficient, scalable handling and distribution solutions.
Structurally, the warehouse / office project features several single story concrete site-cast tilt-up panel walls with hybrid wood panelized framing between SJI steel joist roof. Building expansion / separation joints with wide flange steel moment frames were used where necessitated by building length and cantilevered steel framed shade and canopy features highlight the office lobby space at each entry.
